Trail Ridge Middle School welcomed members of the USS Kansas City Navy crew for a special presentation.
The visit was part of a namesake visit, bringing members of the USS Kansas City crew to the Kansas City area, the community for which their ship is named. During their time at TRMS, students learned more about life in the U.S. Navy, heard about the crew members’ experiences and gained insight into what it takes to serve aboard a Navy ship. It was a great opportunity to learn about military service and potential career opportunities.
Thank you to the USS Kansas City Navy crew for spending time with our students and sharing their experiences!
